Course Description
Health Education provides students with the knowledge and skills to achieve overall wellness in life. Students examine how decision making and risky behaviors influence physical, mental/emotional and social health. Students practice and develop lifelong skills including goal setting, decision making, time management, communication/refusal skills, CPR, and accessing credible health information to obtain knowledge on disease prevention, self-esteem, nutrition, and fitness. |
